PTR Change Request

During the initial ordering process we here at halihost give your VPS a PTR record (reverse lookup) and associated A name such as "vps###.halihost.ca". You may request to change this at anytime in order to work with your own domain records or mail server.

Simply login to your client account and submit a support ticket asking us to modify the PTR record.

It's important that your reverse dns lookup (PTR) has an associated A or CNAME record in your DNS which points to the static IP of your VPS.
